Please note that in January 2003, our clearing firm, Penson Securities Services, will impose an Inactive Account Fee of $30.00 if your account balance is below $5,000 as of December 31, 2002 and there has been no trade activity in your account during the past six months. Starting in January 2003, this fee will be imposed every six months during which your account has been idle and the account cash balance on the last trade date of the period is below $5,000. Retirement accounts are exempt from this charge.

Monthly fee will be automatically charged to your account according to the number of trades you make each month.
